General

We certainly do! You can find a link in the information section at the bottom of our home page or just click here to be redirected to our sizing table. Remember we recommend acquiring one number below your regular size!! Don’t forget, if you do happen to order the wrong size, we will exchange it for free (Australian orders only).

My Account

To create an account with ZAPAS, simply click Login at the top of our webpage. Here you will be taken to a new page where you have the option to register as a new customer. Click ‘Register’, enter your details as requested and finally click ‘Register’. You will then receive a confirmation email from us.

Login to your account and click on “My Account”, you will be redirected to a new page where you can change your details and/or your password, please enter the correct details and click ‘Save changes’.

We’d love for you to join our mailing list! If you’re a registered ZAPAS customer, simply log in to your account and tick the box on the Newsletter page. If you’re not a registered customer (it’s free to join!) at the top of our webpage, you’ll see some text saying ‘Sign in’ Next to this is a text box where you just need to enter your email address, click ‘Go’, and you’re signed up to our mailing list.

At the bottom of all our newsletters there is an ‘Unsubscribe’ link. Just click on this and you will be unsubscribed. You can re-subscribe at any time to receive the latest styles, promotions and collections straight to your inbox!

No you don’t. With Paypal you can make a purchase as a ‘guest’ user.

Shopping Online

Unfortunately, we cannot currently process orders over the phone

If you know the name of the shoe you can search it using the magnifying glass icon at the top of the website. Alternatively, you can filter your search down to specific collections and then colours and sizes, using the top menu bar and the menu on the left of the item pages.

Shopping is easy following these steps:

  • Find the items you would like to purchase by either browsing our collections, or searching.
  • Add the products to your bag by selecting the appropriate product and size and clicking the “add to cart” button.
  • You can view your cart clicking on the bag icon at the top right corner and once you are happy with all of your items click on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
  • Follow the prompts to fill in your billing and shipping details.
  • Click the “Proceed to paypal” button to complete your purchase. You’ll be sent an email confirmation of your order and kept up to date as your order progresses.

Home page link: You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the Home button at the top.

Navigation bar: The names on the navigation bar near the top of the screen are the ZAPAS espadrilles models. If you click on one of these, you will be taken to a new page containing all products associated with it. If you are interested in a specific collection, you can discover all about it by clicking on the panels on the right side of the screen.

Search tool: you will access our search tool by clicking on the magnifying glass in the main top menu. You can search by product or brand name, key words such as the product type. You may also like to use our A-Z product or brand indexes, which are both accessible from each web page.

Your bag The number of items in your cart can always be seen near the top right of the screen. If you hover your cursor above the “your cart” link, you can see what’s in your cart, and you can remove items or change quantities by clicking view cart.

Login: If you create an account on zapas.com.au you can receive all our updates and keep a wishlist in your profile. Just click the “Login” button at top right of your screen.

Wishlist. You can create a Wish List, useful for bookmarking products you like but don’t want to buy just yet. You can also share your wishlist with your friends & family via email or print it out.

We use Paypal for payments as it is a secure method for clients and customers. Your bank details will be safe at all times and we won’t have access to them at any moments. You can proceed with your payments using a Paypal account or as a guest user.

Upon successful completion of an order you will see a screen saying Order confirmation, which notes all the details of your order. You will also receive an email from Paypal to your nominated email account summarising the details of your order and a receipt.

When you check out with PayPal, your financial details stay encrypted and protected. You can find more information in https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security.

On the rare occasion that this might happen, it is usually due to the item being purchased at the same time by two people; however we only have 1 item available. If this is the case for your order our team will attempt to source another pair for your and dispatch your parcel as soon as possible.

It is our aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible; therefore we cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order before it has left our store. If we have not yet dispatched your parcel we will do our very best to ensure that it is cancelled. Please contact us with both your order number and full contact details as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Reviews and Ratings

On the product details page there is an opportunity to write a review of the product. Should a review be already written by another customer you will see the review rating near the product name. Clicking on it will open the reviews tab for you to be able to read the full review. In the instance where there are no reviews written for the product you will see a prompt saying ‘be the first to review’. You can write the review in the box and submit a star rating out of 5 for that product.

All reviews need to be approved before appearing on the ZAPAS website to ensure there is no inappropriate or offensive material posted. This process can take up to a week

  • Any star ratings you submit will be aggregated across other reviews submitted by our customers for that product providing an up to date rating of that review.
  • Any service related reviews you may make are utilised by ZAPAS to learn and adjust its operations to improve customer experience where relevant. Service related reviews will not be displayed on the website.
  • All content that you submit, not limited to words and images, may be used at ZAPAS’s sole discretion. ZAPAS reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on ZAPAS’s website that ZAPAS deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of the Ratings and Reviews Terms of Use.
  • ZAPAS will moderate any content submissions before displaying to the public to ensure only product related content is put on display and that intention of the consumer matches with the Rating and Reviews Terms of use. The intention of including ratings and reviews on our site remains to assist customers with more information on the products we have available for purchase however.

Promotions and Discounts

Unless specified in the promotional terms and conditions, only one promotional code can be applied per order.

When you are filling in your Checkout details you will be given the opportunity to apply any discount coupon you may have. At the top you can find a link that will display a box to type your coupon code. Please note this is the step prior to entering your payment details. We are unable to add your promotional code to your order once you have finalised your purchase.

You must type in the coupon code and not copy and paste. It is also case sensitive. Coupon is valid for 1 month from validation.

Shipping and Delivery

This will depend on where you live. Please check the Delivery Information section for a full description of the service.

No, we don’t ship to PO Box addresses, please specify your full postal address.

Tracking your order couldn’t be easier! Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email which will include a courier tracking number. Simply head to the courier tracking webpage enter the tracking ID and you will be able to follow your orders progress right up to your front door! If you do not receive your tracking ID please contact us with your full name and order details.

We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Within this email you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery via the carrier.

The courier will leave a card at your door/mailbox to visit your local depot, all parcel require a signature and cannot be left at the door. Unfortunately we can’t deliver at specific times, alternatively you can select your deliveries be made without a signature or collect from your local depot.

Click & Collect is an option which allows you to select and order goods online and collect from our store in North Melbourne. There are no delivery charges and no waiting around at home for the delivery man.

  • Choose from the great range of products available on our website.
  • Choose a size and add the item to your bag
  • Proceed to the checkout.
  • Select the ‘Click and Collect’ option.
  • You will be notified by email to acknowledge that your Order has been received and you will get information on collection address and times. Collection times are weekdays after 5pm but you’ll need to confirm your pick up time.

Click and collect is free!

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email (on your smart phone is fine) and photo identification.

You may nominate someone to collect the goods on your behalf. Add their name to the order form. When collecting your purchase the representative must supply a copy of the Order confirmation email and photo identification.

Please contact us to arrange for someone else to pick it up.

Exchanges and Returns

Don’t worry, you can either exchange the shoes for another size. Simply return your unworn shoes within 14 days of receiving the shoes and we will exchange them for you.

For all purchases, the 14 day limit only applies to the days in which the shoes were in your possession, therefore eliminating any transit time.

We aim to provide all our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item that has a fault, it will need to be assessed by our Customer Service team. Please, head to our Returns & Exchanges page where we explain the procedure.

Refunds generally exclude shipping cost. If our quality control team missed a manufacturing fault on your new shoes or if we can’t provide the shoe you ordered, we will gladly provide you with a full refund (incl. shipping) or free exchange. The shipping cost will not be refunded on change of mind returns.

You can bring them directly to our warehouse or send them back. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for all the information on how to send your shoes back to us.

We simply ask that:

  • Items are unworn and unused (with the original tags and hygiene seals in tact)
  • Items are in the original packaging (which needs to be in original condition)
  • You retain your proof of purchase

We still need to be able to sell it to a good home where it will be loved (seems only fair!).

You certainly can! We offer returns and exchanges on both full priced and sale items. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you are exchanging for a different size or colour of the same style, the exchanged shoe will not attract additional charges or refunds. If however you change your mind on the style we will have to treat it as a change of mind and will refund or charge any difference in price.
